Christian has done a few plumbing jobs for me. The last job was replacing the garbage disposal. His crew came out today to fix a loud clanking noise. There was a screw in a "pocket" that I could not feel when I checked for something stuck. No charge! Christian's other plumbing jobs were done quickly and professionally.
We contacted Christian about a broken line from our water heater. He sent Paul out right away to assess the situation. Paul arrived the next morning to install the new water heater. He was awesome; explained everything he was doing, worked efficiently, cleaned up the entire area and made sure that the job was done right.

Most of my work is within about a 30-minute drive of Palm Coast; for repipes, water heaters and remodels I'll travel further and tell you up front if the trip adds anything.

We're BBB Accredited with an A+ rating. Licensed work is what your insurer, a home inspector or a future buyer will look for, and it means the job can be permitted when a permit is required.
Yes. Once I've looked at the job, in person or from photos you text me, I send an itemized quote that lists parts, labor and the total. You approve it before any work starts. If I open something up and find a problem the quote didn't cover, I stop and explain it before I fix it.
My posted hours are Monday through Friday, 8 to 5, but plumbing problems don't keep a schedule. For an active leak, no water, a failed water heater or a backed-up main line, call or text (386) 225-5393 and I'll do everything I can to get out quickly, evenings and weekends included. While you wait, close your main shut-off at the meter or where the line enters the house.
Yes, $96. It covers the visit and the diagnosis, and it's applied to the repair if you go ahead, so you never pay it on top of the work.
Yes, this comes up constantly in Flagler County. Insurers and four-point inspections flag water heaters over a certain age, polybutylene or galvanized supply lines, missing expansion tanks and old shut-off valves. I do the work to current code and send completion photos and documentation you can pass straight to your insurer. If the letter is unclear, send it to me and I'll tell you what actually has to change.
Every time. If a $6 fill valve fixes your toilet, I'm not going to sell you a new toilet. If your water heater has a few good years left, I'll say so and tell you what to watch for. Repeat customers are worth far more to me than one upsell.
Yes. Send me the model number before you buy and I'll tell you if it fits and what else it needs. Labor is quoted the same either way.
