Christian arrived in a timely manner and evaluated the problem that I had. He offered his solution, that I agreed with, and he fixed it on the spot. You can't ask for more than that!
Christian has done a few plumbing jobs for me. The last job was replacing the garbage disposal. His crew came out today to fix a loud clanking noise. There was a screw in a "pocket" that I could not feel when I checked for something stuck. No charge! Christian's other plumbing jobs were done quickly and professionally.
We contacted Christian about a broken line from our water heater. He sent Paul out right away to assess the situation. Paul arrived the next morning to install the new water heater. He was awesome; explained everything he was doing, worked efficiently, cleaned up the entire area and made sure that the job was done right.
Chris and his helper were a pleasure to deal with. Prompt and did outstanding work. His prices were reasonable. He sent an itemized invoice describing the work and price before they came out. There were no surprises. I had him repair a shower faucet, outside faucets and toilet. He also installed a garbage disposal.
Christian at Florida Plumbing & Inspection is fantastic! He is a professional that knows what he is doing. He has done several projects for us. He is always on time, knowledgeable, professional, neat, dependable and very pleasant. He installed a water filtration system at two of our homes, as well as other plumbing work.
Contacted Christian regarding a water heater upgrade/repair required by an insurance company. He responded immediately and the work was performed the very next day, complete with photos of the completed work. Awesome service. Highly recommend Florida Plumbing & Inspection for all your plumbing needs.
What a relief it is to find honest and capable professionals for your home. Alex and Christian installed a new whole house water system, and also installed release valves in our tankless water heater (which our builder plumber had neglected to do).
Christian just installed a new Rheem heat pump water heater. He is a real gentleman and master plumber. Third time I have hired him. He has done a excellent job. I highly recommend him.

Plumbing FAQs
Answers From a Licensed Plumber
I'm based in Palm Coast and work throughout Flagler County, including Flagler Beach, Bunnell and the Hammock, plus Ormond Beach, Daytona Beach and the St. Augustine area. Most of my work is within about a 30-minute drive of Palm Coast.
If you're just outside that range, call or text anyway. For larger jobs like repipes, water heater replacements and remodels I'll often travel further, and I'll tell you up front if the trip adds anything to the price.
Yes. Florida Plumbing & Inspection LLC is a Florida-registered plumbing contractor (License #RF11067918), I'm a master plumber, and we carry liability insurance on every job. We're also BBB Accredited with an A+ rating.
That matters for more than peace of mind. Licensed work is what your insurance company, a home inspector or a future buyer will look for, and it means the job is pulled to code and can be permitted when a permit is required.
Yes. Once I've looked at the job, either in person or from photos you send me, I put together an itemized quote that lists the parts, the labor and the total. You approve it before any work starts.
If I open something up and find a problem the quote didn't cover, I stop and explain it before I fix it. The price you agree to is the price on the invoice, with no add-ons you didn't sign off on.
Our regular hours are Monday through Friday, 8 to 5, but plumbing problems don't keep a schedule. If you have an active leak, no water, a failed water heater or a backed-up main line, call or text (386) 225-5393 and I'll do everything I can to get out quickly, evenings and weekends included.
While you wait, find your main water shut-off (usually at the meter near the street or where the line enters the house) and close it. That one step keeps a burst line from turning into a flooring and drywall repair.
Mostly Rheem. For most homes that means a standard 40- or 50-gallon electric tank, and for customers who want to cut their electric bill I install Rheem heat-pump (hybrid) models, which use a fraction of the power of a standard tank.
Every install includes a new thermal expansion tank, a drain pan with a drain line where the location allows it, and a stand to raise the unit in garages and flood-prone coastal homes. I also handle the upgrades insurance companies require and send photos of the finished work for your file.
Yes, this comes up constantly around here. Insurers and four-point inspections regularly flag water heaters over a certain age, polybutylene or galvanized supply lines, missing expansion tanks and old shut-off valves. I do the work to current code and send completion photos and documentation you can pass straight to your insurer.
If the letter is unclear about what they actually want, send it to me. I'll tell you what has to be replaced to satisfy the requirement and what can be left alone, so you're not paying for work the policy doesn't ask for.
Yes. If your home still has galvanized, polybutylene or failing copper lines, I replace the whole supply system with PEX or copper, including a new main line and exterior shut-off, new stops at every fixture and new supply lines to the water heater.
A typical single-family repipe takes two to three days. Water is off only during working hours, drywall cuts are kept small and marked for the patch, and every line is pressure-tested before the walls are closed. I walk you through the plan before we start so there are no surprises.
Yes. I install whole-house systems such as Aquasana on the main line, so every tap, shower and appliance gets filtered water. Units are mounted with bypass valves and unions so filter changes are quick, and I can come back for filter service when it's due.
For hard city water I can add a salt-free conditioner, and for homes on a well I add a sediment pre-filter to protect the main unit. If you're not sure what your water needs, I'll look at it before recommending anything.
Every time. If a $6 fill valve fixes your toilet, I'm not going to sell you a new toilet. If your water heater has a few good years left, I'll say so and tell you what to watch for.
I'm a one-man shop, and my customers stay with me because they trust the advice. That repeat business is worth far more to me than upselling one job, so you'll always get the honest option first.
It's a top-to-bottom look at your home's plumbing: supply lines, drains, water heater, shut-off valves, fixtures, water pressure and any visible signs of leaks or corrosion. You get a written summary of what's fine, what's wearing out and what should be fixed now, with photos.
The best times are before you buy a home, right after you move in, when your insurer asks for one, or if the house is 15+ years old and the plumbing has never been checked. Catching a $150 valve now beats a water-damage claim later.
